🏬 Here's a quick recap of my recent visit to Macy's Herald Square beauty department on September 15:

💄Clinique - offered a fresh and fun experience.

This counter featured their Clinical Reality 9.0—a diagnostic test that educates consumers on their current skin issues. I learned that although I use sunscreen, I might not be applying enough and may need to reapply midday. The counter experience, complete with product recommendations, felt like an actual trip to the dermatologist. Leveraging over 55 years of data for their diagnostic, I left feeling more informed about my skincare routine. Unlike other beauty brands, Clinique doesn't rely on influencers to gain customer confidence. Their technological prowess speaks for itself.

🌸 Lancôme - Fragrance is their true forte

While Lancôme also featured their own skin diagnostic test, I was most captivated by their fragrance bar display, showcasing recent launches and classics. The counter's presentation was simple yet elegant. Their diagnostic test was impressive too. Though I couldn't use it, I gleaned insights from the instruction manual. This system analyzes 12 skin parameters and is built from an atlas of 15,000 real skin photos.
